Russian officials believe Sinai plane brought down by bomb

Russian communications intercepted by U.S. intelligence agencies showed Russia believed the plane that crashed in Sinai, Egypt, on Oct. 31 was brought down by a bomb, U.S. sources familiar with the matter said on Monday.

Russia Repatriates 11,000 Tourists From Egypt

Germany, France see progress in Ukraine peace talks

All indicators point to Islamic State attack on Russian plane

U.S. Representative Michael McCaul, chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, said on Thursday evidence so far indicates there was an Islamic State bomb attack on the Russian passenger plane that crashed in Egypt's Sinai Peninsula.

Russia's Syria force grows to 4,000, U.S. officials say

Moscow's military force in Syria has grown to about 4,000 personnel, but this and more than a month of Russian air strikes have not led to pro-government forces making significant territorial gains, U.S. security officials and independent experts said.

UAE carriers re-route flights over Egypt's Sinai after Russian crash

United Arab Emirates airlines Emirates [EMIRA.UL], Air Arabia AIRA.DU and flydubai said on Sunday they were re-routing flights to avoid Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, where a Russian aircraft carrying 224 passengers crashed on Saturday.
