IAEA stresses Iran nuclear "dialogue", Tehran defiant

Russia Seeks Stronger Security Ties with China

North Korea Vows Nuclear Test and Threatens U.S.

North Korea vowed on Thursday to launch more long-range rockets and conduct its third nuclear test, saying that it would build a capability to strike the United States in the wake of the United Nations Security Council’s tightened sanctions against the country.

North Korea to boost nuclear deterrent after U.N. rebuke

The U.N. Security Council unanimously condemned North Korea's December rocket launch and expanded existing U.N. sanctions, and Pyongyang reacted with a vow to boost the North's military and nuclear capabilities.

China urges cautious U.N. resolution on North Korea

Caspian Sea issues discussed at interdepartmental level in Turkmenistan

Ashgabat hosted a meeting of the interdepartmental commission of Turkmenistan on the Caspian Sea, which defined near-term tasks, "Turkmen Dovlet Khabarlary" state news service reported on Monday.
