Ukraine sees Russian hand in ammo warehouse blasts

Ukraine suspects the Russian military or its separatist rebel proxies were responsible for blowing up a warehouse storing tank ammunition at an eastern military base early on Thursday morning, Defence Minister Stepan Poltorak said.

Tillerson plans to skip NATO meeting, visit Russia in April

U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson plans to skip a meeting with NATO foreign ministers next month in order to stay home for a visit by China's president and will go to Russia later in April, U.S. officials said on Monday, disclosing an itinerary that allies may see as giving Moscow priority over them.

China, Russia block U.N. council concern about Myanmar violence

German minister says Europe, U.S. should stick to Russia sanctions
